One sender, one chain.
It pulls matching messages out of your mail knowledge base, cards each one, and links the whole correspondence into a single diagram.
Nothing pulled yet
The chain diagram and the message cards land here once you run a pull from the Find tab.
How a pull works
Names in, chain out — the run narrates each step as it goes.
- Match. Every message in your mail knowledge base whose sender matches a name you listed is pulled.
- Thread. Matched messages are linked by reply and subject into one correspondence chain, with a diagram you can open or embed.
- Card. Each message becomes a card — sender, subject, date, snippet, attachment count — and opens to the full text.
Why the run reports its own coverage
Threading is imperfect: a reply with a rewritten subject or a missing header cannot always be placed. The pull prints its coverage line under the cards and names any unplaceable message under the diagram, so the gaps are on the page rather than hidden.
Naming senders and windows
A partial name matches broadly — “John” catches every John. The pull title is free text; put the date range you mean in it so the chain stays readable months later.
